The past month of MFI's Haiti earthquake relief effort has required the strong partnership with so many organizations and ministries. One MFI partnership is with Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF), an MFI affiliated mission that serves in Haiti, and is based in Port-au-Prince. Though there are daily challenges for MFI in Fort Pierce, and together with MAF in Port-au-Prince, there are also daily praise reports from all over Haiti.  The following testimonials and photos tell a small part of the work that the Lord's people are doing in Haiti, and the blessings that are being reported.
Please consider making an Online Donation to the "Disaster Relief Fund", or bring needed supplies to any of our drop locations. Thank you in advance for your support of this Haiti earthquake relief effort.
From Jason Krul, MAF pilot: "This afternoon I coordinated several Kodiak relief flights to bring much needed food and water purification systems to various outlaying villages. On one particular flight, we loaded the plane full of 100 water purification systems, as well as close to 1100 lbs of rice and beans to be flown up to a region called Anse Rouge. This area has been dealing with a severe drought even prior to the earthquake. Since then, supply lines have been greatly affected, and much of the incoming relief support has been focused on areas around Port-au-Prince. While organizing the flight, I tried to contact Judy and Manis Lemuel (A missionary couple whose mission compound is near the airstrip), but was unable to reach them, since they do not have cell phone service. Lemuel Ministries are involved in many vital programs including: Community development, environmental improvement, Youth outreach and feeding programs, and Church and Spiritual Growth Projects. Harry Berghuis and I loaded the Kodiak, and flew into Anse Rouge. We were immediately met by the Lemuel family, and they were stunned when they discovered what we had brought for them! Judy and Ginger cried for joy, and couldn’t stop thanking MAF for remembering them and delivering the food and supplies. They continued to explain that water was obtained by sending young boys out by donkey 1.5 hours each way to draw from a river. They were overjoyed as we showed them how the water purification systems worked. What a rich blessing to serve this mission community!"
A thank you from a user:Â "At this time I would like to ask you to please THANK all the staff from MFI and MAF for ALL the great service you all have provided for the country of Haiti and for missions like Double Harvest. So many medical supplies, needs were sent down on your planes at a time where we needed it the most. Thank you very much. May God keep blessing your organizations." Frantz, Administrator for Double Harvest in Haiti
E-mail from one of the 707 captains on the ramp, "John, Don't know if you remember me, but I was one of the captains on the B707 in Port-au-Prince today. You have no idea what a blessing it was to see the MAF staff in MTPP this week. I hope the pizza found your folks well! It's the least I could do, you all deserve so much. Keep up the "good" work. I know it sounds funny, but my spirit leapt when I talked to Will yesterday. I know the LORD is working through you all in Haiti. Please continue spreading the Word through all that you do, and know that you have prayer partners in my wife Shannon and I."
Inbound and outbound passengers are assisted on the ground in Port-au-Prince through the ministries of MFI and MAF, while the FAA assists Haiti air traffic control at the PAP airport.

From "Manna Pack" food boxes and other food relief (left), to medical care for those in need (right), the partnership of MFI, MAF, and others is essential to helping as many as possible.
Water purification systems, and training in how to use them, fill a critical need throughout the country of Haiti.
