Judy Sands
Roger and Judy Sands have been with MFI since 2003. Roger is currently serving as the Vice President of Administration, Facilities Manager, and Director of Operations for MFI Haiti. They have two sons and eight grandchildren.
Biography
Roger & Judy joined Missionary Flights in 2003. Initially, Judy worked in the main office and Roger worked on the aircraft as an A&P mechanic. After God’s provision of our hangar in 2006 in Ft. Pierce, FL., Judy continued to work in flight reservations and Roger took the positions of volunteer coordinator, facilities manager, and assistant chief of maintenance.
In 2020, Roger again joined the Missionary Flights staff as the Assistant to the Executive Leadership. In 2023, he began serving the role of Vice President of Administration.
