BIO

Ray, Maggie, and their family hail from Maine. Before beginning their missionary aviation journey, Ray drove truck for 11 years, with other small jobs interspersed, and Maggie worked as a high school math and science teacher for about 8 of those years. During this time, their 3 girls were homeschooled by Ray’s mother.

In the spring of 2022, Ray felt the call to pursue missionary aviation full-time and attend the School of Missionary Aviation Technology in Ionia, Michigan. While attending school, the Hutchinsons learned of MFI and their work in the Caribbean. After visiting with the organization they felt called to join their efforts with MFI.

Ray and Maggie are excited to join MFI and begin the next stage of their God-venture. They plan to continue homeschooling and look forward to enjoying the Ft. Pierce, FL area. Ray is skilled in many instruments, Maggie likes crafty DIY projects, Emilee is into swimming, Irene is into horsemanship, and Arielle likes pretty dresses, unicorns, and mermaids.
