Planning an Event

The Grand Room in the Hospitality Center can comfortably seat 80 people and is designed for groups wishing to host meetings, conferences, and banquets.

All events must be submitted to and approved by the MFI Executive Committee.

Center Event details:

  • 4k Epson Projector (ceiling mounted)
  • Wireless Microphones
  • DVD player
  • HDMI connections for external devices
  • Baby Grand Piano
  • Sound dampening panels in the room to reduce echo
  • Pass-through window to commercial kitchen
  • Round 10ft tables

Weekend Rental Rates

The following rental rates are for groups meeting Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. Group events must first be approved by the MFI Executive Committee.

  • $250 refundable damage deposit
  • $250 facility rental fee
  • Bunk rooms - $20 per person per night
  • Lunch and/or dinners - negotiable depending upon menu selected
